The Kolkata chapter of Indian Water Works Association (IWWA) had organised a National Level Workshop on Smart Water Management in Developing Countries. The event took place at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre in Kolkata. IWWA invited DTK Founders - Devashri Karve and Tanay Kulkarni to speak at this workshop and share their experience and knowledge.
Smart water being the central theme of the workshop, it focused on innovations and future possibilities. Tanay Kulkarni, participated in a panel discussion on smart water in developing countries.
He spoke about how Digital Water Solutions help the utilities Plan, Build, Construct, Operate and Maintain the assets of Water Distribution Schemes in developing countries across the world. He spoke about DTK's Award Winning Solution portfolio (watch the award winning presentation at YII London, 2018) and how DTK has been providing solutions in leading to smart water management for major water utilities in many parts of India.
